This course will provide students with a foundation in the major schools of Chinese philosophy as well as explore the relevance of Chinese philosophy as a humanistic resource for the 21st century. Learn about Confucianism, Daoism, Yin-Yang five-element cosmology, syncretic philosophical schools like Dark Learning, as well as contemporary trends in Chinese philosophy in the 20th and 21st centuries.
